Additional payment will be given to staff working in Covid-19 vaccine rooms – Health News

The Ministry of Health sent the circular on “Additional Payment to the Personnel Working in the Vaccine Rooms Created Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic” to the health directorates of 81 provinces.

It was noted in the circular that vaccination studies were accelerated in order to eliminate the Covid-19 epidemic, and additional payments would be made to the personnel assigned to the vaccination rooms in order to increase their motivation.

Accordingly, the additional payment to be made to those assigned to vaccinate in the vaccination rooms created for Covid-19, among the personnel within the scope of the relevant regulation, will be applied in 30 percent increments for doctors and 100 percent for non-medical health care class personnel.

The amount calculated for the non-medical health care class personnel will be paid without deduction from the fixed additional payment amount paid in accordance with Article 5 of the Law No. 209.

In addition, additional payments will be made to the personnel in the secondary and tertiary healthcare facilities within the scope of the relevant additional payment regulation for a period of 4 months, effective from April 1, 2021.
