According to the announcement in the Official Gazette, applications that will start on Tuesday, April 27, will be made by logging in with the e-Government gate identity verification system via the Personnel Information System (PBS) on the internet address of the Ministry of Health Management Services General Directorate.
Candidates who will apply will fill in the application form electronically on PBS between the dates specified in the draw calendar, save and finalize their preferences. After the finalization process, the application information and preferences will not be changed.
TOP 10 PREFERENCES
Candidates will be able to make a maximum of 10 choices within the framework of the announced calendar, considering the places to be opened on PBS. Candidates who stated that they want to be settled with the general lottery will be placed in the vacant vacancies with the general lot if they cannot be placed in their preferences.
Those who want to apply for a lottery and cancel their application will be able to cancel the application for the lottery electronically via PBS between 5-18 May. Those who canceled the lottery application will not be able to apply for this lottery again.
APPEALS WILL BE TAKEN ELECTRONICALLY
As a result of the examination, applications that are not deemed appropriate will be announced on PBS as a substitute for notification with the reasons for rejection, and objections will be received electronically and the results will be announced on PBS.
The periods specified in Article 97 of the Civil Servants Law No. 657 will be taken into account in the reassignment of those who have withdrawn from the civil service and are deemed to have withdrawn. However, the applications of those who are in this situation will be accepted, as of the deadline for the draw deadline, with one month left to the end of their disability.
In the appointment notification of the candidates who are placed in the staff of the Ministry of Health and its affiliates, the address specified by the candidate in the application will be taken as basis. Those who are placed in any staff or position as a result of the draw will not be able to apply for the lottery again for one year after the announcement of the results of the lottery.
Applications of candidates who do not comply with the conditions specified in the text of the announcement will not be accepted. Those whose applications were accepted inadvertently and placed by lot will not be appointed, even if their appointments have been made, they will be canceled.
Candidates who can apply for the lottery must meet the general conditions specified in Article 48 of the Civil Servants Law No. 657.
As of the date of the draw, physicians and specialist physicians who have completed the age of 65 and have not reached the age of 72 but have previously worked in the Ministry of Health or affiliated organizations, and physicians and specialist physicians who are ex officio retired due to the age of 65 and continue to work as contracted family physicians will be able to apply to the lottery.
Application evaluation results will be announced on PBS on Monday, May 17th. The result of the draw, which will be held in computer environment by the notary public on Monday, May 24, will be announced on the internet address “https://yhgm.saglik.gov.tr” on Monday, May 24.
