THE MOST CRITICAL DAY 7
Seventh day: Some patients may experience severe shortness of breath that requires hospitalization seven days after being infected. Health organizations recommend that patients who experience persistent chest pain, shortness of breath and whose face and lips turn a bluish color seek immediate medical attention.
On the other hand, the seventh day is the point where for the vast majority of patients – about 85 percent – symptoms begin to subside and exit isolation is a possibility.
